Dear Friend,

We are excited to announce our partnership with the 2012 Travelers Championship through their Birdies for Charity program!

The 2012 champion of the Masters Tournament, Bubba Watson is one of the early commitments of the Travelers Championship. Watson, winner of the 2010 Travelers Championship hit one of the most historic shots in Masters history on the second playoff hole when he hooked his approach shot from deep in the woods to within 15 feet of the cup.

As you may know, the Birdies for Charity program is a pledge-based fundraiser based on the number of birdies made Wednesday through Sunday of the Travelers Championship. By making a pledge through the Birdies for Charity program, not only will you be helping support our organization but you also have a chance to win some amazing prizes through the Guess the Birdies Sweepstakes. When you make your donation, simply guess the number of birdies you believe Bubba Watson & the rest of the PGA TOUR Professionals will make Wednesday through Sunday of the 2012 Travelers Championship and have the opportunity to win the following prizes!

$1000 Cash gift card, and Connecticut Association of Nonprofits will also provide your designated charity with a $500 donation, 1 year membership and 4 training sessions with their organization.
A World Golf Village Vacation Package from the World Golf Hall of Fame including
A 3 Day, 2 night stay at the Renaissance Resort in World Golf Village
A round of golf for 2 on Slammer & Squire Golf Course
Two tickets to the World Golf Hall of Fame and IMAX theatre
˝ Hour lesson for 2 at the PGA TOUR Golf Academy
A travel voucher valued at $600
Two tickets to the 2012 Ryder Cup
A foursome at TPC River Highlands.
Please help support Covenant to Care for Children through this fundraising partnership by visiting our pledge site.

Thank You!

Sincerely,

Caryl Hallberg, Executive Director
