Clark has been successful in representing companies of all sizes in federal and state court and administrative agencies on a wide-range of employment related claims. In addition to practicing law, Clark is the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Covenant to Care for Children, a statewide agency that serve neglected, at-risk and underprivileged children, the Secretary of the Board of Directors of Gifts of Love, a Farmington Valley food pantry, and a Member of the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Ballet and Greater Hartford Arts Council.

Clark graduated cum laude from Western New England College School of Law. She is also a graduate of University of Connecticut.
