How can I donate to the program?

If you would like to donate items to Covenant to Care for Children's Critical Goods Delivery Program, please call:

If you plan to bring donations for children to our main office, you can make an appointment with the staff over the phone.  If you would like to have your donation picked up, you will be connected with our Critical Goods Coordinator to schedule the pick-up. See our "Seasonal Planner" list for donation ideas.

Furniture should be in presentable condition (not stained, ripped, broken, or covered with animal fur).

There is typically a two-week wait from the date of your call until the pick up occurs.  Be sure you can hold items for that period if needed.

We request that anyone who donates furniture make a $20.00 donation to Covenant to Care for Children to help defray the cost of running this program.  The donations can be included in your income tax receipt.

How Can I Donate a Vehicle to Your Program?

Covenant to Care for Children accepts car donations. We have partnered with Car Program, Inc. who since 1991 has provided over 2000 nonprofits with a practical means of raising funds via vehicle donations. Covenant to Care for Children will receive 70% of all net proceeds from the sale of a donated automobile.

When it comes time to say good-bye to your current vehicle, please consider a tax deductible donation to Covenant to Care for Children. All you need to do is call us at the main office 860-243-1806 and we will fill out the donation form with you over the phone or go ahead and fill out the forms here.
