Adopt A Social Worker Program	A successful program involves a few key players. This is your chance to be one of them. The Congregation The Congregation will provide space, food, daycare, and transportation for monthly meetings The Congregation will provide duplication of materials for activities The Congregation will provide volunteer recognition Volunteer Coordinator Volunteer coordinator will support mentor in his/her work Volunteer coordinator will facilitate contact with mentee when needed Volunteer coordinator will hold monthly support meetings Volunteer coordinator may choose to not mentor in order to allow time for support to mentors Mentor Mentor will attempt to contact and meet with mentee at least one time per week Mentor will listen and take time to know mentee Mentor will maintain confidentiality of all mentees Mentor will model a corrective relationship for the mentee Mentor will commit to work with a youth for at least one year Contact Covenant to Care for Children today to schedule a presentation and learn how to create a mentoring partnership in your faith community through Covenant to Care for Children.
